From advice, negotiations, and updates, we were incredibly supported through the whole process.   I was referred to Anne E Clarke from a friend. I met with Rosa early 2023 to discuss the home buying process and considerations. This really helped on my journey to find a my first place and it saved me asking countless questions along the way and probably some pitfalls. It was obvious from that meeting their team is friendly, professional  (patient, calm, geniune) and highly competent. Later in 2023, after I found a place (during the spring sales), I got Rosa involved and just let her (and team) take care of the legal process. At no point was I anxious. Rosa and team just took care of matters, negiotated some contract changes and the settlement was easy.  From my first meeting I could tell it was going to be easy having them on my side, highly recommended.
